Bridge of Time
The Shangri-La tale with a New-Age/millennial twist. An international aid worker, her photographer ex, and a greedy villain survive a plane crash in Africa and are taken to a Utopian city where the woman learns that she is destined to replace its dying spiritual leader. She leaves, believing that she is needed more in the outside world, but she finally returns to accept her fate, a new love, and fulfillment in the hidden city.
