The special is hosted by the cast of NBC's hit comedy "3rd Rock From the Sun": John Lithgow, Kristen Johnston, French Stewart, Joey Gordon-Levitt, and Jane Curtin. The guests of honor are the Presidential first couple, Bill and Hillary Clinton. President Clinton makes a brief speech near the end of the ceremony. Proceeds from the special go to charity.
