Lauren Garner is a British actor, writer, and creative producer from Cambridge, England. She has been performing since the age of nine and developed her passion for storytelling through theatre, film, and devised performance.

Lauren trained in theatre at the University of Surrey/Guildford School of Acting and later expanded her screen knowledge through courses with the National Youth Film Academy. Over the years, she has performed in both dramatic and comedic productions, including playing Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at Seven Dials Playhouse in London and Chief Weasel in The Wind in the Willows at Pickled Pepper Books London.

Alongside acting, Lauren is the founder of "epi.sod.ic", a collaborative theatre and film company focused on creating socially driven episodic storytelling through ensemble-led creative work. She is also the creator of the YouTube channel Life of a Storyteller, where she shares content centred around travel, storytelling, fantasy literature, gaming, and personal growth.

In addition to performing, Lauren has written her first original play, which she hopes to bring to production in the coming years. Her work is driven by a love of emotionally honest storytelling, imaginative worlds, and exploring the complexity of human connection.
