Parker Caston Jr. hails from Stockton, California. He has a passion for filmmaking, particularly editing. A Cal State Northridge track and field scholarship recipient, he directed a 15-minute short film for his senior thesis that has been acclaimed city-wide. He has participated in an Oscars-affiliated diversity and inclusion internship with acting mentorship from Emmy, Golden Globe, and Oscar-nominated actor Sterling K. Brown. Sterling continued to guide Parker and even guest-starred in his short film.

Since graduating, Parker has worked as a Nickelodeon production assistant for Fairly Odd Parents: Fairly Odder, Danger Force seasons 2 and 3, and Erin and Aaron! While producing his own projects, like Transparent Moment, he also worked as Sterling K. Brown's personal assistant! Parker is aware of his uneasy social status as an African American. Although he feels obligated to surround himself with a broad and well-rounded set of people, his objective is to change that viewpoint for himself, his family, and everyone who shares his views.
