Amy Traverso (@amytraverso) is the senior food editor at Yankee magazine and co-host of the national public television series, Weekends with Yankee. She is also the food and dining contributor to WGBH Radio's Under the Radar with Callie Crossley. Previously, Amy was food editor at Boston Magazine and associate food editor at Sunset magazine.

With her first book, The Apple Lover's Cookbook, Amy was a finalist for the IACP Julia Child First Book Award and won an IACP Cookbook Award in the "American"category. She has appeared on such television programs as the Hallmark Channel's Home & Family, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and The Martha Stewart Show.
