Tim McMillan is a retired law enforcement executive, investigative reporter and co-founder of the science, technology, and defense news site: The Debrief. His writing covers defense, science, and the intelligence community. Prior to founding The Debrief, Tim wrote for various publications including Popular Mechanics, Vice, The Warzone, and The Washington Examiner.
