Trained in Classical Drama, Musical Theatre, Improvisational Comedy, and Voice Over. Enhanced by rockin' the bass, performing live in Chicago-based band "Pork 'n Beans".

During her 10 years in Chicago, Shanna performed live on WGN Chicago Morning News in 2014 with the cast of Assemblers 3 for a "behind the scenes of your favorite comics" spotlighting pH productions. Other stage performances of note while at pH productions included: Janet in "Rocky Horror Picture Show'; Liz in "H.I.N.T. A Murder Mystery Musical; and a weekly Live Late Night Talk Show, "The Night Night Show".

Shanna's Professional Stage Career began with 3 back to back performances at Forum Theatre Wichita, as Maggie in "Lend Me a Tenor"; followed by Cindy in "Hands on a Hard Body"; and her critically acclaimed starring role as Hallie in the Midwestern Premiere of "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance", which gained her first Nomination for Mary Jane Teall Award, Lead Female Drama (2015-16). In 2017, Shanna again gained rave reviews, and her 2nd award nomination for Lead Female in a Drama, with the on-stage thriller "Wait Until Dark" as the visually impaired Susan.

Shanna has also been found performing Shakespeare in the Park, as Viola in "Twelfth Night"; Timon in "Timon of Athens" (5th largest role in Shakespeare's cannon); and the epic tale of "Pericles", as Pericles.

While receiving accolades for her stage work in 2016, Shanna also starred in the Independent Film "Mount Hopeless", which received a Nomination for Best Feature in Laugh or Die Film Fest. The following year, the dramatic retelling of Shakespeare's classic, "Rosemary & Juliet", premiered at the 15th Annual Tallgrass Film Festival, featuring interviews with Shanna and the Director, Shane Wallace, after the film concluded.

Shanna has also been featured in several television advertisements, other various short films, countless theatrical performances, and streams online retro games on Twitch.
