Esteban Chaves (b. 1990) is a Columbian cyclist who has been riding professionally since 2012. As an amateur rider, he won the 2011 Tour de l'Avenir in France- a race that had been previously won by five future winners of the Tour de France. Since joining Orica Scott in 2014, he finished third in the Vuelta a Espana, second in the Giro d'Italia, and first in both the Giro di Lombardia and Giro dell'Emilia.
