Iqsa aims to improve society by developing talent and creating socially aware entertainment. She is a 2023 RespectAbility Entertainment Fellow and received an Emerging Content Creator scholarship for the 2021 Diverse Women in Media Forum. She was also previously mentored in casting by Melissa Pryor. Outside of entertainment, Iqsa is a Queen's Guide and developing a personal growth-focused learning program with Planetizen University. Through her efforts in entertainment and social work, she hopes to make education accessible and enjoyable.
