Jake Fay is an American Writer, Director, and Producer. He is the founder of, B. Team Inspired Cinema, based out of Lynn Massachusetts. Fay attended the University of Hartford, where in 2016 received his bachelors in Cinema. While attending Hartford he played on the men's division 1 basketball team. After graduating from Hartford he attended the University of the Virgin Islands where he received his Master's in Business Administration while playing on the men's basketball team as well.

Fay made his feature directorial debut with his film, The Process. The Process was written by Fay in film school. As a proud Bostonian, he was inspired to write The Process from his childhood friends who are rappers.

Fay's film inspirations range from German Cinema and directors like, Christian Petzold to Air Jordan commercials from the mid 2000's.
