Pioneer of avant-garde experimental movies in Argentina, from a young age Honik was dedicated to narrative and play writing and have been recognized for this on several occasions through the years. After finishing his studies in pharmacy, he traveled the world for ten years. This experience influenced his works and is evident in his Super 8 film shorts. He's now settled in the Argentinian Patagonia. He has taught Arts and Exact Sciences, coordinated film workshops and continues with his projects related to different disciplines (film, literature, theater, music).
