Kaelei Johnson was born on August 23, 1990, in Thornton, Colorado to an entrepreneur/technologist mother (Donna Johnson) and entrepreneur/technologist father (Leland Johnson) who both encouraged her to speak her mind, be a dominant personality, and exercise her full potential. She and her adopted brother Kyle, 4 years her junior, had the typical brother-sister relationship. In her early years she and her bother would put on performances for their parents using the balcony above the family's living room as a stage. When the family moved to Montana, Kaelei gained a love for horses and riding on their family "ranch" (as their called it). She has been involved in modeling, signing, and acting.
