Yoav Swissa is a vivacious actor and performer who was born in Israel and has spent the last 16 years working in Los Angeles.

He started his career in Israel as a ballet dancer, where he fell in love with the stage while learning the importance of discipline and dedication.

Yoav was an exciting guest star in two episodes of the popular British reality TV show "Come Dine with Me", where the audience fell in love with his humor and warm personality.

Upon arriving in Los Angeles Yoav studied acting at the renowned Beverly Hills Playhouse and also studied under Ivana Chubbuck.

He went on to join the creative team of Five Against One, where he helped develop, as well as starred in, numerous hilarious comedy skits.

In recent years Yoav turned his hand to writing dramas. His recent short film, "Tshuva - The Answer" which Yoav wrote, produced and starred in, is an intimate telling of a gay man trapped in a loveless and complicated heterosexual marriage within the Orthodox Jewish community.
