Lázaro Roberto Hernández (February 07, 1987) is a Salvadoran young film director specializing in mixing live action features and digital animation. Graduated of the Verita's University in Costa Rica. It is a hybrid between filmmaker and 3D animator. His short films have been present in various parts of the world and have won awards at international festivals. In 2008 the short " One by one" was the winner for Best Production of all categories in the Festival Icarus Central , this film was selected and exhibited at international festivals , such as , Cortocircuito of New York, The Festival of Vienna in Austria, Rtyle France among others. In 2009 the short film "The wooden's Dog " won best short film in the category of black humor, in Pixels El Salvador festival and in 2010 was selected in the animation festival Cutoutfest of Mexico and La Noche de los Cortos in Peru.
