Ilayda Cetinkaya is an award-winning producer whose films have screened at prestigious festivals globally including AFI Fest, Tribeca Film Festival, Outfest, the Iris Prize, Guadalajara Film Festival, Oldenburg Film Festival, and Hollyshorts. Her 35mm short Skin won the Gold medal at the 2023 Student Academy Awards and qualified for the 96th Academy Awards. Her film Re-Entry received the Alfred P. Sloan Production Grant and the Amazon MGM Studios SCAD Film Festival Audience Award. She also line-produced Corpse Fishing, backed by the Rising Voices program and Lena Waithe's Hillman Grad, which premiered at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival and qualified for the 97th Academy Awards.

Originally from Istanbul and based in Los Angeles since 2014, she serves as Director of Programming at the 21st South East European Film Festival (SEEfest) in Los Angeles. She holds an MFA in Producing from the American Film Institute Conservatory and a BFA in Film Production from Chapman University.
