Joel also helms Ground Root Pictures, a motion picture production company specializing in micro-budget features with an emphasis on creative sovereignty, narrative experimentation, and rigorous rights management from development through distribution.

Through The Synchro Technique, Joel's modular curriculum and book series, he offers filmmakers and actors a creator-proof approach that blends preparation, resilience, and strategic foresight-guiding them toward authentic artistry and sustainable careers.

Joel first stepped into the creative world as co-founder of Verbal Fenster, an experimental post-punk duo known for raw performances and fearless minimalism.
