Content provider, developer, and writer of scripted television, Jobst is best known as creator of the design template for Fox affiliate, WTTE-TV 28 Kid's Club. The following year the network introduced the template to affiliates across the country as the FOX Network Kids Club program. After producing 52 episodes of a children's show (Crystal Palace) and another two seasons of sports programming for Time Warner's Golf Channel, Jobst pursued development of a sports-themed, Adult Animated Sitcom for prime time.
