Kristina is a screenwriter and producer. Her work has been backed by the British Film Institute and Creative England. She is an alumna of the BFI Net.Work iShorts 2 scheme, BAFTA Crew and the Edinburgh International Film Festival Talent Lab. Kristina holds a Masters in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, University of London. Raised just west of London, UK she is of Greek Cypriot heritage. Her writing explores themes of identity, memory and the human condition, often with blackly comic elements. Kristina studied Journalism as an undergraduate, writing for a men's lifestyle magazine before moving into commercial copywriting and finally screenwriting for film. Alongside narrative filmmaking Kristina has also produced short films, music videos and live events.
