Katerina Maria is an award winning actress who fell in love with storytelling and creating at a very young age, urging her parents to put her in acting classes at Children's Television Studios in Toronto at only five years old. After studying Psychology at Ryerson University in Toronto, she felt the pull to return to her true passion, and hasn't looked back since. 2023 was a breakthrough year for Katerina, with 6 feature length movies releasing internationally. In half of them, she secured the opportunities to play the Lead and the Supporting Lead roles, as well as a variety of different characters. Her recent roles have ranged from playing the spoiled heiress with a secret heart of gold in "The Heiress of Christmas'', a rising country music star in the "Country Hearts" franchise, a shark of a lawyer in "Dress for Success", a celebrity designer in "Mr. Pawsitively Perfect", to a legendary anchorwoman in "Catch Me If You Claus". Though she trained intensively in theatre upon acceptance to the Beverly Hills Playhouse in Los Angeles, Katerina's heart belongs to the medium of film. She looks forward to bringing many more characters to life.
