Virendra Rathore (born: 22 August 1973) is an accomplished film educator, entrepreneur, writer, and filmmaker. He was born and brought up in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. After completing his education in commerce, earning a Master's degree from BSS College in Bhopal, he moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra, where he resides.

Rathore's passion for film and desire to educate aspiring filmmakers led him to establish the JoinFilms Academy, an institute that provides training and education to those interested in pursuing a career in the film industry. He owns popular parent YouTube channel of the academy named 'Join Films', having around 2 million subscribers. Rathore is a highly regarded author, having written the best-selling book "Switch on Switch off Acting Method". His work has been featured in various publications.

In addition to his contributions to the film industry, Rathore enjoys reading, writing, and listening to music. In 2019, he was honored with the Best Film Guru award by the Dada Saheb Film Foundation. As of 2022, he has a net worth of 10 Crore.
