For over 20 years, Writer and Executive Producer Kena Monique has worked in broadcast television and streaming for large scale events such as Super Bowl and Olympics down to day-to-day sports and news. She has previously and still intermittently used her niche marketing skills and promotion abilities to nationally showcase comedians.

Her double Bachelors degree in Radio / Television / Film and Sociology from San Jose State University coupled with decades with Fox Sports Networks, Sinclair Broadcasting, Hulu and Disney leaves Kena seasoned in the entertainment industry as a whole. The Workout Room is Kena's 1st feature as writer/producer/executive producer however it will not be her last! She along with her business partner and husband, Sir-Mike Tiggs, are firm believers in dream it, plan it, Do it! They have completed The Workout Room 2 script, and are pitching another script with a concept that has never been seen before.
