Luca was born in a small city of the metropolitan area of Milan (Italy). He showed skills and interests in the movie industry since he was a child. He started writing his first 'scripts' when he was 9 and he made his first home movie when he was 12. After high school, he took a Bachelor Degree in Showbusiness Sciences at 22, then he left Milan to go to Bologna (Italy). There he got a Master Degree in Cinema, Television and Multimedia Production at 24. It was 2011.

He started writing professional scripts for cinema and television in 2009. He has written more than 40 scripts for feature films, short movies, TV and web series. He made his debut as director and producer in 2012 with the web series "Puzzle", who was later broadcast by Italian national TV La3. Since then, he produced and directed 6 works (movies and series). One of them, a short movie called "Doppio Zero", was selected at Festival de Cannes 2015. He won 4 different prizes and got nominees in different festivals. Another one, the web series "Survival" won 4 awards and got 8 nominees worldwide (Italy, Asia and South America). His second feature film, "Fermati Qui", has been distributed worlwide on Amazon Prime Video. Same happened for his fourth feature film, "Shell of Fear", released on October 4th worlwide on Prime Video, Google Play and Apple TV.
