Mom (German)

Lin Gothoni is a German-born actress and singer of Finnish and Chinese descent. She is a quadrilingual.

Her parents, both violinists, encouraged her fascination for the arts and music from a very early age on. Lin has studied various musical instruments starting with piano at age 3, followed by the violin, flute and vocals. She has attended acting courses in Munich, London, Paris and Los Angeles, and has graduated from acting school in Berlin, Germany, where she currently works and resides.

The short movie "Jagon" in which she starred as the female lead, has screened at Filmfestivals worldwide, including the Camerimage Filmfestival in Poland, the Berlinale (Berlin International Film Festival) and on the German TV Channel SWR in Fall 2015.

Since then, she has also become a renowned voice actress in Germany, dubbing in the German, Chinese and Finnish language. Recent projects include being the german voice for the 'female playable character' in the Triple A Game 'Hogwarts Legacy', released in 2023, and the role of 'Mom' in the viral children's musical series 'Cocomelon'.

Lin is also known for her participation on Television show "The Voice of Germany" season 6 (2016), and her recurring roles on the viral series 'Dhar Mann' with over 10 million subscribers on YouTube.

She also has an a cappella band and continues to perform live as a singer.
