Stanislava Ivy is a journalist, a writer and a director of documentaries and fiction. She has dedicated her journalistic career to traveling the world to interview some of the biggest names among Hollywood actors and directors such as Nicole Kidman, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Kate Winslet, Clive Owen, Geoffrey Rush, Benedict Cumberbatch, Sir Kenneth Branaugh, Ed Harris, Tom Hiddleston, Joseph Gordon- Levitt, Alicia Vikander, Ewan McGregor, Jennifer Connolly, Willem Daffoe, Dakota Fanning, Rupert Everett and many, many others. She created and hosted the first ever TV show dedicated to cinema in Bulgaria - "Kato na kino" ("Just like in the movies").

Her latest project is a documentary series dedicated to the cinema world - "Cinema Confidential". Stanislava travels the world for that to tell the stories of her characters in the different episodes of the docu-series. The episodes were produced at London, Berlin, Barcelona, Rome, Naples, Los Angeles, Toronto, Seville and Tallinn. Some of the names featured as interviewees are Juliette Binoche, Stellan Skarsgard, Julie Delpy, Elena Anaya, Pierfrancesco Favino, Samantha Morton, Liv Tyler, Andre Holland, Dana Brunetti and many other composers, cinematographers and directors.

Stanislava Ivy is also the writer and director of "I know what you did". The story is a criminal short thriller that deals with current world topics through the point of a human story. This is her debut as a director after she completed a filmmaking course at the New York Film Academy.

She has a wide range of experience in front and behind the camera and she's also the author of four books.
