Rad Martinez is an American athlete/actor born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rad's first love is sports. He enjoyed success as a Division I wrestler at Clarion University where he earned All-American honors while getting a Bachelors degree in business as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration. Upon his return home from college he immediately jumped into the competitive world of Mixed Martial Arts. Because of his strong work ethic and solid set of skills he was signed to fight for one of the biggest MMA organizations in the world, Bellator MMA.

After a ten year career in MMA Rad retired and decided he would pursue his passion for acting. He has been working in front of the camera ever since. Some of his credits include a documentary on his life called "The Promise" that aired on ESPN. The pilot episode of "The Anxious Taxidermist". And He claims his best work was when he got to take punches in the face for "XInsurance". He has appeared in music videos, commercials, comedy pilots as well as heartwarming roles showing an impressive range as an actor.

His skills include wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, judo, jiu jitsu and karate. He is currently learning to play the guitar. Never one to relax he is constantly working on his skill set and always striving to improve and take his work to the next level.
