Eric Rich is an award-winning Writer/Director from Long Island, NY. He's made a multitude of short films and commercials for companies like BrightFarms, Wegmans and Sevaro.

His short film, Stalled, premiered at the 2023 Slamdance Film Festival, Fantasia, Cinequest and Hollyshorts. It even went on to win an award for Best Short Comedy at Kevin Smith's Smodcastle Film Festival.

Eric has had a strong passion for films since the age of four when he first saw Adam Sandler's The Waterboy with his family at his local movie theater. He has cultivated an encyclopedic knowledge of films, tracing their evolution from the silent era of the 1920s to the streaming era of the 2020s.

Eric's goal as a filmmaker is to make timeless and thought-provoking films that center around deeply flawed characters who struggle with alienation, destiny, grief and trauma.
