Lara Craddock was born on May, 11, 1967. In the middle of 8 children she's surprisingly an only child. Born and raised in Pueblo Colorado though she lived in Pueblo West for a number of years during her formative years. She has enjoyed acting but her first role wasn't until she was 19. In 2011 she starred in a Comedy/Horror Short "The Sandwich" which was written and directed by Marty Muniz, also of Pueblo, Colorado.

Today Lara enjoys life in Pueblo as the Owner and Operator of The Fire Playce, Paint Your Own Pottery Studio located at 113 West Abriendo in Pueblo. She boasts of her love for her dog, Friday, and her 2 cats, Oliver and Catushka,
