A native New Yorker, Kelly grew up being trained in the Arts (dance, voice, acting, theatre), and spent over 25 years honing these skills within her community. She has also mentored budding Arts enthusiasts through music, theatre and choir direction. However, her film/commercial/music video career came later in life, and it all began with a call to go back to her native New York and work on a Music Video, with Director Roman Jaquez, for the group SIN COTORRA, which helped fight against domestic violence. A firm believer in "supporting our local communities" she has also worked on several commercial sets, many of which spotlight the community in which she lives. One was the MEET MINNEAPOLIS Winter Tourism Commercial, for the Minneapolis Convention Center. You can also be on the lookout for her in the feature films,DISCURSION (as Tracy Becker) GOD'S GREEN EARTH, as well as two wonderful short films, called ALLERGIC TO LOVE (as Elanor), and THE VACATIONERS (as Angel), all locally filmed in the Twin Cities, and soon to be released!!
