Jornalista

Isabel is a Brazilian filmmaker and sound professional who is based in both Portugal and Brazil. Since 2009 she has actively been working in the film and audiovisual industries of both countries, having worked in over 150 productions throughout her career. On set Isabel works mainly in the sound department (both as a sound technician, as an assistant and boom operator). She has also extensively worked in the production department, having established herself as an executive producer. And in the directing department Isabel has directed short films and has worked as an assistant director. She has also helped develop many projects in it's various stages, she has done work as a script doctor and as a executive producer consultant.

As a student she specialized in directing and sound at Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema in Lisbon. During her studies she received a scholarship to study cinema at the Sorbonne, in Paris - where she spent 2 semesters. She has a MBA in Management and speaks fluently Portuguese, Spanish and English - and a bit of French.
