Christer Andersson was a Swedish independent portfolio manager and active field shooter in Stockholms Försvarsskytteförening. Andersson became a suspect of the 1986 murder of the Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme and was interrogated by the Police in January 1995. The reason for this was that Andersson fit the witness's description of the perpetrator, that he was a known Palme-hater and owned a Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum. The revolver which was considered the murder weapon. The suspicions against Andersson were dropped in 1998.
