Serena Poon, CN, CHC, CHN is a certified nutritionist and celebrity chef, Reiki Master, and the wellness and longevity advisor to A-list clientele, including Jerry Bruckheimer to Kerry Washington. She is the founder of Serena Loves, LLC, a wellness brand, App, supplement line, blog and TV show that encompasses all the pillars of optimal health, well-being, and longevity. Her passion for education, integrative health, holistic nutrition, and longevity led her to create Culinary Alchemy®, a method of functional and spiritual nutrition that integrates how food affects our bodies on a physiological and energetic level. Serena is also the founder of Just Add Water®, a line of super nutrient foods and supplements.

Serena is certified as a Reiki Master for Usui Shiki Ryoho and with Quantum Touch Healing and is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals. She has certified advanced knowledge of the symbols in the Usui System of Natural Healing, a BS from UC Berkeley, and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu's most intense and comprehensive programming, Grand Diplome.

In 2022, Serena and Professor David A. Sinclair, A.O., Ph.D. co-founded Fully Aligned Co, LLC, a conscious company backed by research, with the intentions of Bridging the Science and Soul of Well-being(TM).
