Wendy Adele Evered is an American Actress and Singer. (Born Wendy Adele Rolfe).

She lives and works between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Ms. Evered has worked in the film industry behind and in front of the camera since 1989.

After 4 years of union costume-design jobs in NYC with top directors, actors and production companies, she resumed her acting career by performing in indie-films & off-off Broadway plays and then headed back to the West Coast where she was was cast as the lead in the the West Coast Premiere of a Horton Foote play. Mr. Foote attended. Wendy continues to work with other committed creatives that passionately bring projects with important messages to life. She is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama, now called the David Geffen School of Drama. Married to writer/ director Charles Evered 1998-2019. They continue to collaborate on projects.T hey have two grown children.

Memorable moments in her career have been... ---having dinner with Gena Rowland's in a small group celebrating Gena's career. Gena's advice to Wendy, "You 'must' put babysitters at the top of your indie film budget... ". ---Running lines with John Randolph in his trailer while shooting in her Brooklyn Heights neighborhood for 'American Clock' (American Playhouse) while he recounted his wife's dramatic death at the Oscars.... ...Meeting Singer-Songwriter Jimmy Webb at a New Jersey sanctuary concert similar to a masterclass in songwriting and performance. ...Austin Pendleton holding her four-year-daughter's hand crossing an icy street in Waltham, MA where he was doing a play in a church basement.
