Sachin Darekar (Born: 30-05-1979) completed his schooling from Chogle High School, and Patkar college Goregaon (12 Science) after that he completed his diploma in computer engineering from Muchhala Polytechnic.

He started his journey with experimental theatre in 1996, Eventually developed interest in script writing. After writing 7000 episodes for television and 12 successful feature films, the journey as a writer is still on. Sachin started his journey as a director with an a Marathi feature film Party (2018) and a web series 'Ek Thi Begum' for MX Player in 2020.
