Dimitri Toscas is the Artistic Director of Garry Marshall Theatre in Burbank, CA.

He is an established writer/stage director of Musical Theatre and Opera. Most recent productions include a new contemporary libretto of Verdi's "La Traviata" (which he wrote and directed) and "Cosi fan Tutte" (produced in 2011, writer/director) both at the Skylight Theatre in Milwaukee, WI. Family Theatre productions of "Cinderella!" "the MAGIC flute" and "The Little Mermaid" were all written and directed by Toscas at the Falcon Theatre in Burbank, CA (produced by film director Garry Marshall).

Film and Television credits include additional screenplay credit on the animated film Igor (2008) and was the Writer/Research Assistant on Playboy (screenplay written by John Hoffman for Universal/Imagine) and a freelance writer for the Development Department of Aardman Feature Animation.
