A highly trained and award-winning classical actress, Maggie McCollester developed her theatrical career in NYC, working on Meisner technique at the Esper Studio, and scene study and on-camera technique at Tim Phillips Studio. Classical roles include Kate in The Taming of the Shrew, Celia in As You Like It, and Nora in A Doll’s House. Modern roles include B in Three Tall Women, Honey in Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Woolf, and Curley’s Wife in Of Mice and Men. After moving to LA, her film career grew through both dramatic and comedic roles in the award-winning short films Cold Winter’s Night and Killing Time, as well as the self-produced films Movie Night, Jason’s Big Problem and the upcoming thriller feature Vicarious. She has also starred in dozens of national commercials. Maggie is a skillful singer, volleyball player, swimmer, x-country skier, and hiker. A world traveler, she speaks conversational German, and is a quick study in dialects: Am. Southern, British, Norwegian, and of course Minnesotan, her native tongue. Trained in handguns, she is a true action adventure heroine.
