An American Film Institute graduate, Alex Hendler has set up scripts with Trimark Pictures, Kiefer Sutherland, ZM Productions, and Filmsmith. He wrote and directed the 35mm short The Man in the Box for RevoltPro Media and edited the Rockefeller Grant multimedia documentary nominee, POV Mount Diablo.

After working as an executive-level Creative Director at leading digital agencies in San Francisco, collaborating on digital media and video projects with Blue Man Group, Google, Microsoft, and several other leading brands and start-ups, Alex has returned to filmmaking with new scripts like The Storm King, which has placed in six screenwriting competitions, including as a 2022 Academy Nicholl Fellowship quarter-finalist, and Flavor of the Month, which is in development.
