Growing up in Colorado with her mother who is from Belize provided an interesting mix of music ranging from R&B, Pop/Rock, to Calypso. Her influences are eclectic and it shows in her creative flow.

She's performed and continues to perform all over Los Angeles. She also has been on popular talent shows like American Idol (Top 44, Season 5) and MTV's Score.

Recently, Marci'elago has gotten into producing for TV/Film, her music is featured throughout the web series "Fake It Til You Make It" -Starring Jaleel White. In addition, she recently licensed her first song to the CW network.
