LC Singh, a distinguished alumnus of IIT BHU and Harvard Business School, is not just a leader in IT, he is an architect of change. With a career spanning senior roles at TCS (Senior Vice President of Marketing) and Zensar Technologies (President & CEO), his vision and strategic thinking have been instrumental in shaping the Indian IT landscape. Paving the way for the foundation of Nihilent in 2000. His intellectual curiosity led him to author the acclaimed frameworks MC³ for Change Management and 14 Signals for Customer Loyalty at Nihilent. He is also a prolific inventor, creating platforms like Artoreal, which uses AI, Web XR, ML, and NLP to visualize and customize art, and Emoscape, a non-intrusive platform for assessing emotions through body movements based on the Navarasa Theory.

A Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI) and the Computer Society of India (CSI), LC is also a Certified Due Diligence Professional (CDDP). His contributions extend far beyond management. He is an internationally recognized thought leader in design thinking and systems thinking, inspiring minds on global stages and regularly speaking at conferences on design thinking, change management, and digital disruption.

Beyond his professional achievements, LC scripted and produced the movie - Banaras, A Mystic Love Story, and is a professional wildlife photographer.
