Having worked as an Actress, Presenter and Stand-up, Anna started screenwriting for a BBC Radio 4 satirical sketch show which then went to TV. She is now an award-winning Writer-Director who has worked with BAFTA and Oscar-winning talent as well as the National Youth Theatre. She has a comedy feature in development with Green Door Pictures, a psycho-drama in development with Farrena Films and a TV Rom-Com Series in development with Blue Raincoat Music and Chrysallis Records. She recently directed a short film proof of concept and a 30-minute pilot, while a 40 minute film she wrote and shot during lockdown was selected for the BBC's 'Upload' festival in 2022. Anna was also founder of XR production company, moVRshaker productions, with experience in immersive storytelling.

As a Script and Development Consultant, Anna has partnered with the BFI, international TV and Film producers and supported a diverse range of writing talent - from Nicholl Fellowship award-winning screenwriters to best-selling authors. She has mentored for BFI Network's 'New Voices' initiative, in collaboration with Blak Wave Productions, is a script editor for Transition Stage Company's 'Enter Stage Write' competition and for Attagirl's 'For Film's Sake' - an incubator for female and non-binary filmmakers. She is on the Executive Committee at Euroscript, the international script editing consultancy.
