Stephen Braren is an actor, musician, psychologist, and neuroscientist. As an actor, he has worked in various film, TV, and theater productions, including the short film That May Well Be True (2024), with Amir Yassami. As a musician and songwriter, he has played in numerous bands, including the garage rock outfit Cheap Time, and the alt country band Jane Only, with Johnny Cash's granddaughter, Chelsea Crowell. He also holds a PhD in developmental psychology from New York University.
