Sachin Gera, an actor with roots in Faridabad, began his artistic journey in theatre during his school days, fueled by a passion for movies and serials. Mentored by National School of Drama graduate Harjeet Singh Sidhu, Gera honed his craft for three years, eventually founding his own theatre group, Rising Stars. Notable roles on stage include Vazeer Khan in "Sirhind Ki Diwaar" and Sadhan Bennergi in "Devyani Ka Kehna Hai," both under the direction of Sidhu. Transitioning to screen work, Gera faced auditions in Mumbai after a decade in theatre, later returning to Delhi in the wake of the pandemic. Despite challenges, he secured lead roles in "Crime Patrol" and made a significant debut as Hooda in the Jio Cinema series "KHWABSTERS," portraying a Haryanvi character. Gera holds a Bachelor's Degree in BAMC and a Master's in MAMC from Makhanlal Chaturvedi University, reflecting his dedication to both academics and the arts. Born and raised in Faridabad within a Hindu Punjabi family, he completed his schooling at DAV Public School, Faridabad, before pursuing higher education in Bhopal.
