Camila is a LA-based writer, director, and producer with a diverse background in creative disciplines. Originally from Lima, Perú, she holds a BA in Audiovisual Communications from the Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. She furthered her education at the California Institute of the Arts, nearing completion of her MFA in film directing. Her original short film, "THEN, MOTHER," was recognized at the 2022 Lima Film Festival, and she was acknowledged as one of the top Women Directors on Free The Work in the same year. Camila's next film, "PEÑASCAL," shot in Lima, Perú, is premiering in LA in May 2024, while she's developing her feature film set to shoot in 2025.

Beyond her personal projects, Camila is a visionary storyteller and digital content creator renowned for her pioneering work with leading brands and agencies across Latin America. She seamlessly transitions her expertise into the digital realm, crafting innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. She has collaborated with ad agencies such as McCann, Grey, and DDBO, spearheading transformative digital strategies that elevate brand narratives and drive engagement.

Represented by Whisky Films in Latin America, Camila has collaborated with renowned brands and artists. She has worked across various roles, including director of photography for music videos and upcoming short films. Additionally, she has contributed to film and TV development with Project X Entertainment and worked as a freelance editor for Netflix multicultural channels, enhancing content for social media platforms.

Camila's journey as a filmmaker reflects her passion for storytelling, enriched by diverse cultural experiences, and a commitment to creativity across traditional and digital mediums. Her passion is matched only by her dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry.
