My Bio

you are probably reading the bio of the most tenacious screenwriter to ever set quill to parchment. It's a good chance that I began writing before you tasted your first sip of beer. In all the time I have been at my craft I have had many major stars and major companies express interest in my work, but unfortunately I had no personal contacts for stars or funding and each wanted the other to commit first. A little thing called eating and paying rent took up too much of my time for me to continue to write and seek out networking opportunities. Despite my lack of contacts I was able to garner the interest of the bookstore chain Barnes and Noble. They wanted to place my novels on their website, but I didn't believe it would be very effective so I declined. Through perseverance and desperation I scraped together a few thousand dollars at a time and non-experienced personnel and completed a pilot which I pitched to a VP at Showtime. I was told that if I could manage to complete several more episodes that he would get me a meeting with acquisitions. Lack of funds made that unrealistic. After that venture I wrote and produced a feature length film. Working under the same limitations I was able to complete production, but couldn't complete post production. Now I only write and submit. The dream is still alive, but it's walking on a single crutch. Hoping I or my project interest you and that we may work together in the future and for some length of time to come.
