Mikey

Jaylen Ashford (also known as Jelly) was born on April 4th 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia. At the young age of 17, Ashford moved to Seoul, South Korea to finish his high school studies. He would eventually go on to attend Yonsei University, majoring in Comparative Literature and Culture.

While in high school and in University, Ashford was street casted by a number of modeling agencies. In 2018, he would make his modeling debut at Seoul Fashion Week, becoming one of the few Black modeling that would walk that year. This was the beginning of Ashford's modeling career. He would soon go one to model for numerous clothing brands throughout Seoul and Busan, South Korea.

Because of his rising online presence, Ashford would be casted to star in tVN's Drama Stage series "Mint Condition" in 2021 as the role of Mikey. He even recorded the drama's OST "Never Comeback", along side his co-stars Ji Min-hyuk and Lee Seok-hyung.
