Dallas Hanson is a self-taught screenwriter/filmmaker from Baltimore, MD. He has directed several short films such as Nine and Angel. He has been creating films since 2011.

His love of filmmaking stems from decades of watching classic films with his mother. From a young age he could tell you the directors and actors of any film. With this wealth of film literacy knowledge, he was destined to make his own films.

This natural love of filmmaking and curiosity eventually gave Dallas the courage to make his first short film "The Bag". This was a whimsical attempt. But as Dallas became more knowledgeable his films became more elaborate and complex in structure. This is evident in his latest directorial efforts on the webseries Redline. Which release fall of 2023. This was the peak of Dallas's ability as an independent filmmaker using his own resources
