Originally from Philadelphia, Pa, Matt is a veteran DOP and Producer with a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. Starting out in music, Matt attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music where he studied music production and film scoring. Like most aspiring creatives, his journey eventually landed him in Los Angeles, Ca where he began writing music for Film/TV. After landing multiple spots on shows such as American Idol, Top Chef, and Who's Got Talent, Matt moved to the film industry where he co-founded the award winning production and post production company Lux Angeles Studios.

Splitting his time between cinematography, producing, and running the company, Matt has worked with clients such as Lionsgate, Grindstone Hulu, BET, Sony Epic, AMC, Starz and many more. He was the driving force behind the decision to make Lux Angeles a different type of production company that puts company culture and its people first, while offering an all-inclusive experience and one stop shop for its clients. Matt's reputation as both an exemplary leader and creative paid off in 2024 when he was named Co-CEO of Lux Angeles Studios. His focus is now on growing his company and exploring creative production and post production solutions for the evolving challenges in the industry he loves.
