Holland Smith is an American actress, director, producer, model, and writer.

Born in 1997 in St. Joseph, Missouri, Smith began a professional career in elite endurance sports, competing for Junior Team USA in triathlon and earning more than 150 podium finishes across road cycling, swimming, and multi-discipline events.

That competitive foundation led to a contract with Wilhelmina Models and a move to New York City in 2016. Over the next eight years, Smith worked across fashion, commercial media, and film while training in improvisation, sketch comedy, scene study, and on-camera technique with leading industry coaches.

Smith's acting approach centers on comedy, supported by a grounded dramatic sensibility and a broad physical skill set that includes horseback and motorcycle riding, weapons handling, athletic performance, and multiple dialects. Credits span television and independent films, and national commercial campaigns.

In 2023, Smith founded The Metal Shop LLC, which launched its first narrative project with Highly Lethal (2025). The film marks her directorial debut and the first project in which she simultaneously served as writer, producer, and lead actor. Additional work includes music videos, pitch pilots, branded content, production management, and creative directing international editorial publications, including Nylon Español, Cosmopolitan Serbia, and more.

As a model, Smith has been featured across print, digital, and e-commerce platforms for global clients such as Nike, Under Armour, TYR, Sephora, Bombas, and Target, and has walked in New York Fashion Week for designers including Bronx and Banco, and Erigo. Editorial credits include Elle Bulgaria, Harper's Bazaar Vietnam, L'Officiel Australia, Women's Health, and Vogue Italia.
