Arnaud Vallens made his first appearance on stage as a young teen in the role of Demetrius in A Midsummer Night's Dream. He was immediately taken by the passion of acting and audience interaction and instinctively knew that he would be an actor.

He explored different facets of acting and his own range as an actor through various schools and workshops, with a professor at the Conservatory of Strasbourg, then at the A.C.T.E.A theatre in Caen, culminating his training with Jack Garfein of the Actor Studio of Paris.

After his initial training Arnaud had a strong desire to give his career an international dimension, and so went to London and took private lessons in a small theatre school.

In parallel, he practised body building to a high level. Back in Paris, at the end of the 90's he played many roles in television and in short and long form films, such as _Confusion of Genders (2000)_ of Ilan Duran Cohen in 2000.

With the dramatic circumstances surrounding his mother's death, he decided to put his carrier temporarily on hold at this time, and spent a number of years between France and the United Kingdom.

In 2012, he met Lisa Escudero, the granddaughter of the singer Leny Escudéro, who encouraged him to get back to the stage and accept the role of Georges Dandin in the well known Molière play by the same name; Georges Dandin, which played at the festival of Avignon the same year.

After Avignon, Arnaud came back to Paris to work as a model in publicities and in a video clip, The Ernest Band: Barry (2014), by Raphael Zanetto. He played once more in series for mainstream French TV channels such as Le secret d'un père (2013)(In the name of truth), TF1, long and short form films such as Fric Frac 2310 (2014) , of the [error], and this in the company of his friends Jicey Carina and the directors Fabien Dovetto and Aurélien Milhaud.

From 2015 onwards, he began writing, producing and directing his own films such as The Shower (2016).
