Stephanie Wilson

Melanie Lyn Thompson was born and raised in Mission Viejo, CA in Orange County where she begin acting at the age of 11 at the Musical Theatre Village (MTV) where she was in numerous plays. When she was 14 years old she started modeling, but by the time she turned 16 she returned to the acting world. That is when she began studying theatre and film at Trabuco Hills High school. She continued to study film in college where she was in short films and hosted for the local TV station.

While in college she took acting classes in Los Angeles at the Actors Academy with acting coach Lewis Smith (Django Unchained.) After making the move to Los Angeles when she was 19, Melanie worked at a major management company that assisted managers with some of the top actors, learning the ropes of the entertainment business and what was expected of them.

Melanie now studies with Robert Rusler (Weird Science) at the Hollywood Playground.
