Jack Lait

Lait was the editor of the "New York Daily and Sunday Mirror" and was known as one of the leading newspapermen of the era. He later worked as an executive for the Hearst newspapers. In 1953 he was confined to his home with a circulatory ailment which eventually took his life. Writer of five plays…
